Job Description
I am looking for a high-level Financial Modeling Expert to develop a robust, user-friendly Google Sheet for an agriculture project. The model needs to calculate complex ROI scenarios based on land allocation and crop types.
Key Requirements:
Dynamic Inputs: Users must be able to assign hectares ($ha$) to various project types.
Automated Logic: The sheet should automatically update costs and income projections based on the user-selected variables.
UX/UI Design: A heavy focus on User Experience. The dashboard must be clean, intuitive, and easy for non-technical stakeholders to navigate.
Tool: 100% Google Sheets (must be proficient with ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, and Data Validation).

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling
