I'm reaching out to formally outline what we need for the launch of This is a standalone site (not an extension of ) and it must feel elevated, editorial, and design-forward from day one.
We have a 30-day launch window. This is not a catering website.
It is a cinematic, experiential brand platform launching a catering and events studio.
Below is the scope and expectations.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Gatheria is the experiential events arm of Rosana Collective - a modern culinary production salon rooted in design, storytelling, and elevated hosting.
The website must:
• Feel dramatic and editorial
• Function as a conversion engine
• Support inquiries and deposits
• Allow for seasonal product drops
• Capture emails and integrate with CRM
PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS
Primary Platform: Webflow
Commerce: Shopify (Buy Button or Starter plan integration)
Payments: Stripe (deposits + ticketing)
Email Capture: Klaviyo integration
