David Weekley Homes Charlotte Team is hiring Builders (Construction Superintendent/Manager) to oversee new residential construction in our Charlotte, North Carolina Division. 

Your sense of accomplishment will build with each new home as you manage 30+ subcontractors and the building process with full accountability for quality. Using your organizational and motivational talents, balancing field management with office activities, you and your teammates will help to create a community you can be proud of.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer delight and sense of urgency.
