Job Description


David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated Summer 2026 Builder/Construction Management Intern who is passionate about learning all aspects of the homebuilding business to join our Phoenix Team.

Responsibilities include:

+ Become familiar with the home building process from pre-contract to post close

+ Participate in warranty process including processing warranty requests and customer concerns/issues
