Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Fresh graduates can be considered)

  • With good oral and written communication skills

  • Familiar with electrical wiring, breakers, panel boards & lights

  • With knowledge in electrical safety & building maintenance office equipment

  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and maintain safety and cleanliness in all building facilities.

  • Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building. Its surroundings and its facilities.

  • Do a recommendation and/or suggestion to the management regarding with the matters affecting building administration and utilities management.
