Responsibilities

  • Oversees Head Office projects and reports their timeline and current percentage completion.
  • Implement process improvements on evaluation of contractors, tenant fit‑out review, and project management.
  • Quality Control of on‑site procedures, staff, and quality standards.
  • Conduct Building Technical Audit for the managed recommended solutions for the compliance of the Building Administrator.
