The Building C Attendantis responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness, appearance, and overall care of the residential building. This roleensuresall assigned areas are kept to Four Seasons standards, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment foremployees.
What You Will Do:
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaningcommon areas, hallways, and assigned spaces
Assistingwith light exterior upkeep, including trash removal and occasional plant trimming
Identifyingand reporting maintenance or safety concernsin a timely manner
Maintaininga professional, courteous, and discreet presence when interacting with residents and guests
Working with team members to ensure the building is always well maintained

What You Bring:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Pride in cleanliness andmaintaininghigh standards
Fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previouscustodial, housekeeping, or building maintenance experience is preferred but notrequired
