Job Description

• Conduct twice a year comprehensive in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
• Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings.
• Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule.
