Building & Construction Project Manager Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Manager to join their aerospace and defence client's team based in Stevenage. As the Building & Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification, and final handover.In this pivotal role, you will: Set up and manage Multi-Functional Project Teams to deliver projects in accordance with internal requirements and compliance to the company's procedures. Lead MFTs through the detailed design of Building Services for a range of projects, including major plant replacement and refurbishment works.
