About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative building solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your primary focus will be on creating detailed plans and specifications for construction projects, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure seamless execution.

• Hold a valid CFC in Construction or Architecture;

Additionally holder of Archicad or AutoCAD skills;

Able to work autonomously yet comfortably within a collaborative environment;

You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stress while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
