The Base Building ELM Project Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment qualification with major focus on Fire Life Safety, Electrical, HVAC (Heat and Ventilation Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management Systems. ELM PM is working with data to find root causes of top installation and commissioning issues and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across Europe.
