    About this Position


    Travels to separate locations to operate and maintain OSU-Tulsa Physical Plant equipment. Maintains equipment by tightening fittings, re-packing bearings, replacing packing glands, gaskets, valves, and gauges. Cleans or replaces components using hand tools and power tools. Maintains all air handling units by replacing defective belts, bearings, lubricating fans, and replacing filters. Maintains all building lighting systems, including replacement of fixtures, bulbs, and ballasts. Performs general electrical and plumbing duties.
