Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Law, Building Management, or related disciplines
  • Legal qualifications or legal exposure will be an added advantage
  • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in strata management, property management, or similar fields
  • Basic knowledge of strata laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Provide administrative support by organizing, maintaining, and properly managing records, files, and documentation
