Location: Worcester Royal Hospital
Hours: Mon Fri, 8am 5pm
Salary: Up to £30, (depending on experience)
Reports To: Assistant Technical Services Manager


Role Overview


Join our team at Worcester Royal Hospital as a Building Fabric Maintenance Operative. Youll carry out general building repairs and minor installations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to hospital services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned and reactive building maintenance tasks

  • Operate hand tools and access equipment safely

  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation

  • Collaborate with colleagues and hospital departments to minimise disruption
