We are seeking a skilled and reliable Renovation & Maintenance Technician to handle property renovations, repairs, and ongoing building maintenance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in multiple trades, and able to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance
• Carry out renovation projects including demolition, remodeling, and finishing work
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify needed repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
