Location: 9300 W. 108th Circle, Westminster CO

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

4 building campus with multiple floors and 1 airplane hanger, majority of work will be done in office space



Team Overview:

Work will be done as part of a team, working closely with another engineer



Resource's typical working day:

Daily/weekly PM's

- Lubricating doors

- Checking fire panels

Overall building maintenance

- Light plumbing

- Light HVAC

- Light electrical

Moving furniture



Licenses/Certifications:

Any applicable license is a plus but not a requirement
