Building Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in maintaining the buildings and premises of Fribourg. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, such as snow removal and green space upkeep. You will also be responsible for organizing cleaning work with staff and external contractors.

In addition to these tasks, you will conduct technical surveillance rounds, manage central building management systems (CVCS), and perform simple tasks related to technical systems within the buildings.
