Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Midlothian, TX 76065
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support and maintain manufacturing production equipment and plant facilities in a grease manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of industrial equipment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing production equipment OR

  • 2+ years of formal education with completion of a Maintenance Technician Training program

  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong:

    Hydraulic

    Pneumatic

    Mechanical
