Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security systems
- Act as the first level of support for system alarms and faults
- Maintain system logs, performance data, and incident reports
- Support facility teams with system data and analysis
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
