Building Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hexagon Group are seeking a proactive and personable Building Manager to join a reputable managing agent on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in February, to manage a Grade A, multi-tenanted building in the heart of Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a prestigious city centre asset and ensure it operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and security, and ensuring that all health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements are fully met.
