Building Manager

Position Overview

As a Facility/Building Manager with Kiewit, you will have oversight of Kiewit’s Lone Tree, CO campus with direct and/or indirect reports. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the execution of standard operating procedures, policies and programs that will ensure a safe, functional and efficient workplace. You will be the primary interface with Kiewit occupants, property managers, vendors, and contractors involved in the care and operations of the building. You can expect to travel up to 15% for this role.
