The Building Operations Coordinatorservesan important rolein the daily operations of ASU Enterprise Partners (ASUEP) and its affiliates, which includes several work suites in Tempe and Scottsdale. The coordinator reports to the Building Operations Manager and willdrivecoordinationactivities that ensure the facilities are well-maintained, secure, and comfortable for ASUEP employees and visitors. This position ensures daily building operations run smoothly and partners with a team of customer service supportstaff toprovide clean and well supplied break rooms, reliable fleet and mail services, and other operational services thatfacilitatea well-organized, comfortable,safeand efficient working environment.

The primary location for this role will be the Fulton Center withadditionalsupportrequiredat theSkySongcampuslocatedin south Scottsdale on the corner of McDowell and Scottsdale Rd.
