The Municipality is seeking a Techncial Assistant to assist the head of the Building Department on technical and financial aspects related to services and projects. The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of municipal buildings during construction projects, develop and maintain a computerized maintenance management (CMMS) system for buildings and their equipment, and contribute to developing energy production and management strategies for municipal buildings.
