Building Service Worker

JOB SUMMARY: An employee hired to perform custodial duties is responsible to the Director of Operations or designate. POSITION: TEMPORARY until the return of the incumbent or June 30, 2026 HOURS OF WORK: 40 hrs/week - 14:30 - 23:00 WAGE RATE: As per C.U.P.E Local 4165 Agreement $24.81 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Grade 12 or equivalent or willing to obtain Driver's License would be considered an asset Experience/formal training cleaning in a related field would be considered an asset. Computer skills would be an asset MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO: Communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Work with disagreeable conditions from time to time. Solve problems related to the position. Be self-­directed, work independently and/or work collegially in a team environment. Perform the physical requirements of the job. Maintain confidentiality.
