Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies working on a range of projects from Commercial, Fit Out and Residential to Industrial and Pharmaceutical.

Are you a Building Services, MEP Coordinator with 3+ years experience in construction?

Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installations

Supervision of testing and commissioning of services.

Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractors

Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.

Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous

Good communication skills.

Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.

Timely submission of O&M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of ...
