The Building Services Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services within a major event and performance venue. This position supports the maintenance, reliability, and performance of the venue’s facilities, directly contributing to the successful delivery of events and the overall functionality of the building. The postholder will work across a wide variety of systems, carrying out routine maintenance, fault‐finding, repairs, and small project work to a high professional standard.
