Building Services Engineering Manager

Job Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer at Underground Stations, you will oversee the construction supervision, quality assurance and interface management for mechanical building services.

This role requires technical expertise in mechanical engineering, with experience in supervising HVAC systems, ventilation, chilled water systems and other related disciplines.

• Expertise in QA/QC procedures to ensure installation meets approved standards;


• Familiarity with ITP/WIRs (Inspection Test Plans/Works Inspection Reports) to verify workmanship versus drawings;


• Able to coordinate effectively among multidisciplinary teams;
