A 33-unit apartment building in downtown Halifax is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time position as a live-in Superintendent.

Job Functions:

• Complete all cleaning tasks and minor repairs required in the common areas of the building. Includes daily cleaning of high-traffic areas such as the lobbies, garbage room alleyway, 'etc', as well as regularly recurring cleaning and monitoring of hallways, electrical rooms, parking, etc.
• Required to answer and show available and upcoming units.
• Complete unit in and out inspections and perform unit cleaning. This may require completion during evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
• Ensure the exterior remains clean and tidy, perform regular property and building checks and handle any issues or report them to the Property Manager(s) for attention.
