Building Superintendent

As we continue to grow, we continue to grow our team O'Neill Auto Group is looking for a Building Superintendent to join our team in our flagship store in Mount Pearl. The Building Superintendent is responsible for maintaining the facilities of the O'Neill Auto Group and related properties.

As a Building Superintendent, you will report to the CEO and complete duties that include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure structural and operational integrity of the building
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs
• Perform routine maintenance jobs
• Maintain scheduled maintenance programs
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Perform inspections on building systems
• Coordinate with contractors when required
• Travel between dealerships to address any concerns
• Other duties as assigned
