About the Role: 

As a Building Superintendent (Live-in) with Shiplake Properties, you will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment for our residents and contribute to their positive living experience. What You'll Do: 

• Respond promptly and efficiently to work orders, addressing maintenance needs with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor all areas of the premises for ongoing maintenance requirements and carry out preventative maintenance programs as directed.
• Perform tasks such as replacing fuses, clearing drains, repairing furniture, painting, pressure washing, replacing floor and ceiling tiles, and cleaning windows and light fixtures.
