Building Supervisor | FIFO

Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor who would be responsible for overseeing the contractor workforce around the residential property refurbishments in Newman.

Job Title: Building Supervisor

Location: Newman (FIFO ex-Perth)

Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off

Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)

Hours per Day: 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)

Pay Rate: $85 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate contractors working on property refurbishments.
• Ensure quality control and timely project delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance.
• Utilize Excel and email for reporting and communication.>
• Solve problems efficiently and provide effective leadership.
