About the Role
As Building Support Coordinator at Adelaide Retaining Walls, you will manage the pre-construction workflow. This is a hands-on coordination role that supports the flow of projects from enquiry through to construction readiness. You will sit within our sales team and be responsible for keeping projects moving forward. The role requires someone who understands construction processes, can read drawings, manage approvals, and keep multiple projects progressing at once. You need to be organised, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without being micromanaged.
This role is operational, fast-paced, and detail-heavy.
- Use AroFlo to manage leads, projects, and data accuracy across the business.
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, and communication with engineers, drafting consultants, councils, and our Sales Manager.
