Building Support Coordinator

Our client is Australia’s largest home builder and we are looking for outstanding individuals have passion for delivering quality, service and award winning living solutions for Australian families.
To start you will be primarily working out of the head office location in Mount Waverley. As your training progresses this will swap to a more work from home role with the intention of having two office days a week.
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process
  • Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution
