We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor on a contract basis, to play a crucial role in resolving housing condition complaints and legal disrepair claims. You’ll be at the forefront of improving the quality of our homes, managing complex issues, and providing an excellet level of service.
About the Role:
As a Building Surveyor, you will manage complaints received as legal claims (Housing Condition Claims) in close partnership with our legal services team. You’ll lead investigations, coordinate repairs, and work collaboratively with trade teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Your work will contribute to minimising litigation while delivering a cost-effective, high-quality service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
