Role and Responsibilities

Operations Excellence
- Operate and monitor data center facilities at site/region level to ensure 100% uptime
- Perform risk identification, mitigation, and corrective/preventive maintenance of critical BMS, FAS, and fire suppression systems (24x7 operations)
- Ensure infrastructure availability through continuous monitoring and timely response
- Manage BMS-related assets, inventory, and security incidents
- Create, track, and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Establish performance benchmarks and respond effectively to contingency situations
