Responsibilities

• Responsible for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and control systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), overseeing maintenance, configuration and system modifications.
• Respond to and resolve Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure Control issues with a priority on classified clean room areas (Grades A, B, C, and D).
• Respond to urgent facility issues outside regular hours as needed (e.g., HVAC failures, power outages, flooding).
