Buildings and Grounds Technician

We are seeking a hands-on and dependable PART-TIME Buildings & Grounds Technician to support the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping environments functional and inviting, values customer service, and has an eye for detail.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintenance & Repairs (55%)

• Paint offices, hallways, and other building areas

• Replace light bulbs and ballasts

• Unclog toilets and perform minor plumbing repairs

• Repair and assemble furniture and equipment

• Prepare rooms for meetings (set up tables and chairs)

• Trim trees and shrubs, remove dead plants

Cleanliness (15%)

• Pick up debris around grounds

• Wash tables, walls, and furniture
