Built Environment – Senior Project Manager.

The organisation is an owner and occupier of a significant portfolio of property and social infrastructure assets. These assets include medical facilities, laboratories, training space, office, logistics, parking and more.
We are seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager to join the team. Duties will include:

• Establishing the program of work to be delivered
• Overseeing the program of work  
• Managing 1-3 project managers / assistant project manager
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinating consultants and contractors to drive outcomes
• Ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, and quality standards
• Managing stakeholder relationships

About you:
 

• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in project management
• Strong technical understanding of design and construction processes
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage a program of work and prioritise effectively
• Experience in health infrastructure highly advantageous
