Role Overview
As a Bulk Operative, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient preparation of raw materials used in production. This hands‑on role involves accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh and prepare raw ingredients according to production recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Lift and handle bags and containers up to 25kg safely and in line with manual‑handling procedures.
Operate mixing, blending, and associated machinery, ensuring correct settings and smooth operation.
Follow detailed batch sheets and production instructions to maintain product quality and traceability.
