Lead Commercial Strategist

This is a key role for an experienced commercial professional to drive business growth and lead high-impact projects.


  • Your Mission:


    • Create and execute our commercial strategy in line with business priorities.

    • Drive new business opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and lead a high-performance team to achieve (and exceed) our commercial goals.


    The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development and consultative B2B sales within creative agencies or related industries. They should have solid experience leading commercial teams, managing corporate accounts, negotiating deals, analyzing numbers/margins/profitability, being comfortable working internationally with English as their first language.
