Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and develop the Bulk Fuel Team to ensure a safe, productive, engaged workforce by; recruiting, training, developing, and mentoring drivers, cardlock attendants, and support staff. 

  • Promote and foster a safe work environment through training, audits, and communication.

  • Build customer relationships and drive business growth by positioning Heritage Co-op as a trusted energy supplier.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve volume, margin, and revenue targets.

  • Monitor fuel levels, forecast demand, and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages. 

  • Adhere to environmental regulations, transportation laws, and industry standards for handling hazardous material.

  • Set and maintain excellence in Brand Standard.
