Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Lead and develop the Bulk Fuel Team to ensure a safe, productive, engaged workforce by; recruiting, training, developing, and mentoring drivers, cardlock attendants, and support staff.
Promote and foster a safe work environment through training, audits, and communication.
Build customer relationships and drive business growth by positioning Heritage Co-op as a trusted energy supplier.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve volume, margin, and revenue targets.
Monitor fuel levels, forecast demand, and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Adhere to environmental regulations, transportation laws, and industry standards for handling hazardous material.
Set and maintain excellence in Brand Standard.
