POSITION SUMMARYThe Bulk Plant Shift Supervisor takes direction from the Production Coordinator. The Bulk Plant Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily functioning of the bulk plants, either at the Waynesville or Greendale locations. This role is a working supervisor, working alongside their crew. The shift will be rotating days/nights depending on location.As such, they have primary responsibility for the safety, productivity and overall development of the employees on their shift.The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the shift to achieve daily and weekly goals, as set forth by management. In addition, they will be responsible for building a strong culture, based on collaborative hands-on teamwork and continuous improvement in support of “OUR HOUSE” initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
