  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and liaise with other stakeholders to guarantee smooth commercial operations.
  • Keep clients up to date on ship activity, personnel, and fleet changes.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills 
  • Experience with ship operations will be an asset 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with colleagues in a fast-paced working environment 
  • Willing to handle department shift phone calls
