Job Description

We are seeking someone with previous experience in Sales/Trading, ideally within the Energy sector or in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills.

Engage in the purchase and sale of marine fuel and associated products, and foster profitable and longstanding relationships with a portfolio of counterparties, while maintaining a risk-aware perspective regarding credit risk and payment performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Proactively market to a portfolio of new and existing customers, establish and build relationships to increase inquiries and sell the products and services of Peninsula;
  2. Communicate openly with other traders to maximize the efficient flow of market and customer intelligence throughout the company, and support international colleagues in managing inbound inquiries from regional offices within the Peninsula Group;
