Job Description

2nd Shift: 3pm - 12pm Monday through Friday - Will train on day shift 7am-3:30pm. $24-$25 per hour starting pay rate.

The Burn Table Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used for cutting materials using oxyfuel or plasma cutting machines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Work from verbal instructions, drawings, blueprints, sketches, bills of material, and cutting lists.
• Set up, adjust, and operate Multi-Torch, hand torch, Plasma flame cut, and Oxygen-Acetylene flame cutting equipment.
• Grind and/or de-bur materials as required.
• Obtain oxygen and acetylene cylinders from stock as needed.
• Select raw materials to be cut and use drawings to determine cutting methods.
