We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our Burnie, Chip Mill on a permanent, full-time basis. In this newly created role, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure seamless operational performance, by overseeing the quality, production, storage and distribution of our product.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing strong leadership to the production & maintenance teams as well as overseeing external contractors.
• Fostering high performance and effective engagement of the team whilst ensuring tasks are performed in line with the business’ safety standards.
