Job Title: Bursar Clerk Department/ Office Bursar Department Location: Main Campus- Argyle Reports To: Bursar FSLA Non- Exempt Position Type: Bursar Clerk Job Description Job Purpose: The Bursar Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks for student accounts. This includes receiving and processing tuition payments, assisting with student account inquiries, and preparing registrations. Responsibilities: Receives, verifies, and processes tuition payments and billings. Review student accounts. Prepare and process registration transactions and assist in student registration activities. Prepare student payment plans. Assists students with inquiries regarding their accounts. Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in students. Assist with data for preparing reports. Other administrative tasks but not limited to printing scanning, mailing, and filing. Job Qualifications
