Job Title: Bursar Clerk Department/ Office Bursar Department Location: Main Campus- Argyle Reports To: Bursar FSLA Non- Exempt Position Type: Bursar Clerk Job Description Job Purpose: The Bursar Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks for student accounts. This includes receiving and processing tuition payments, assisting with student account inquiries, and preparing registrations. Responsibilities:
  • Receives, verifies, and processes tuition payments and billings.
  • Review student accounts.
  • Prepare and process registration transactions and assist in student registration activities.
  • Prepare student payment plans.
  • Assists students with inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in students.
  • Assist with data for preparing reports.
  • Other administrative tasks but not limited to printing scanning, mailing, and filing.
