Bus Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Commerce City, Colorado. As a key member, you will be entrusted with operating a 40-foot bus for RTD, ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. 

Transdev is proud to offer:$27.49 - $35.47 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)Starting pay: $27.49 with progression to $35.47 over 8 years.

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus — Offer valid through 1/31/2026

Pay raises twice per year
