Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst (Appian) for this project
Responsabilities
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements using Appian-based applications
Perform end-to-end testing for new application features and enhancements
Provide end-user support for live applications, ensuring continuity and issue resolution
Document and communicate process changes, including process flows, SOPs, and performance metrics, to stakeholders
