Key responsibilities include: Develop a comprehensive understanding of five web applications, including their underlying architecture, business functions, workflows, and data flows. Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support (KTLO) as well as support for new initiatives and enhancement projects. Analyze current-state processes and system designs, and design, develop, and implement future-state processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and service delivery. Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, business stakeholders, and security teams to establish shared understanding, resolve ambiguity, and enable informed decision-making. Elicit, document, and translate clear, complete, and testable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
